Only you can cancel your purchase order before the item dispatched. If the package is dispatched you cannot cancel your purchase order.
Sevyam treatments pvt. Ltd. Does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
After purchasing product and services no refund will be allowed in any condition. Only you can exchange the order (if exchange terms and conditions matched).
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team at email email@example.com. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of any refunds approved by the sevyam treatments pvt. Ltd., it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
You have 10(Ten) calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If there is printing mistake or any visibility problem in content of the book, is the one and only condition in which we exchange your order.
